Repair status
If you submitted your item for servicing at one of our Authorized Service Centers, filed a request through the call center, or placed an online service request, then on this page, you can view the current status and history of actions taken on your inquiry. To do this, enter the receipt number (or online application number) along with the mobile phone number provided during registration, and click the "Search" button. If the request was registered in the system, the work history and current status will be displayed.
If two business days have passed since submitting your item to the ASC and the information is still missing from the system, or if other questions arise, please contact the Information Center of the manufacturing company.
