ELLPA - «Establish Lifelong Loyal Partnership»

The idea to establish a company specializing in after-sales service emerged following a series of financial crises in Russia, when purchasing power decreased and the consumer market lost its dominance over 7-10 Japanese and Korean giants, making room not only for Chinese competitors but also for numerous Russian brands.

In recent years, the state has done much to make the service industry more civilized:

  • Control over the use of patented trademarks has been established.
  • The procedure for obtaining various certificates, both for imports and for doing business, has been simplified.
  • The procedure for importing goods has been normalized.

Most electrical goods are durable products with a lifespan of up to 10 years, indicating that consumers need not only repairs but also access to original consumables and accessories to prolong the enjoyment of their chosen product and avoid unnecessary expenses. Therefore, the initial focus in the B2C segment is on establishing an online store.

In the B2B segment, we offer various business models for collaboration as a "Service Provider." Such cooperation allows current players in the electrical goods market to eliminate fixed operational costs associated with maintaining their own in-house service departments and facilitates entry for new market entrants by enabling them to focus on sales and marketing. For business development, we chose the slogan "Developing Solutions Together" because we treat every inquiry from Consumers (B2C) and Clients (B2B) as a mini-project, and finding solutions collaboratively simplifies and accelerates the process of achieving results!

We believe that through fair competition, we will become the market leader in the segment of "providing after-sales service for electrical goods" (B2B), and the ultimate measure of our efforts will be the recognition and trust of Consumers (B2C)!
