Service Agreement for Weissgauff Brand
ELLPA has signed a service agreement for the maintenance of the European brand Weissgauff. Under this agreement, ELLPA will provide warranty repairs for Weissgauff appliances in the following cities: Kirov, Krasnoyarsk, Novosibirsk, Ryazan, Sochi, Ulyanovsk, Chelyabinsk, Sevastopol, Simferopol, and Yalta.
Details about the service coverage area and a list of service centers will be published additionally on the service portal.

New Consumer Protection Regulations
On December 6, 2024, the Supreme State Council of the Union State adopted Decree No. 6 «On Uniform Rules in the Field of Consumer Protection» in Minsk. This document takes precedence over national consumer protection legislation, such as the Russian Law on Consumer Protection (ЗоЗПП).
The main provisions of the document provide for the creation of a unified system of control and supervision in this area, as well as improved information support for consumers. The new rules are aimed at ensuring equal conditions and improving the quality of goods and services for residents of Russia and Belarus.
On March 10, 2025, representatives of RATEK (Association of Trading Companies and Electronics Manufacturers) and AKORT (Association of Retail Companies) held a roundtable discussion to address the implementation of the new rules and their impact on the consumer market. They also outlined further steps to postpone unfeasible requirements of the new acts and to seek clarifications from the Regulator regarding their application procedures.

Ozon Sales: Delivery Model Update
We are pleased to announce a change in the delivery method to the Ozon warehouse from FBO to FBS. The new Fulfillment by Seller model means that the seller will independently handle storage, order picking, and shipment.

Spare Parts Logistics
Ellpa has transformed the spare parts logistics system in Kazakhstan. The spare parts will now be imported directly from the supplier and stored in the company’s branch warehouse in Almaty for further distribution across Kazakhstan.
